according to google this is the largest adult community in Austria. That's why I'm here with some questions for you guys.
I have never experienced a one-nightstand and I would like to change that. I'm not sure if this is really what I am looking for, but the idea of two people meeting, fulfilling each others wild desires and then walking separate ways seems like something I'd like to encounter at least once.

1) First of all, how do I approach a girl about this? "Wanna fuck?" surely won't cut it.
I'm a little bit shy and don't have the most confident body language. I guess this is a problem, but I'm working on it. Its just hard to get constructive feedback...

2) What places in Vienna should I visit to find like-minded people? I don't know a lot bars/clubs here. It's especially hard for me to find new locations because I really hate cigarette smell on my clothes and I don't like being dunk.

Depends on your age and looks. But as you are a shy person and lack a confident body language you will have a hard time to find what you are looking for. If you are under 30 you should go to student parties and try your luck there.

Check out the pubs and clubs around Johannesstraße in the first district. If you are up to 30 years of age you will find your luck there.

If you are a dancer there are nice dance events also for mature people: "Thirsty dancing" or dancing for over-40ies.

A nice location now during summer is "Sand-in-the-city" in the Lothringer Straße, bunches of good looking girls there if the weather is adequate.
