I read below advert in the internet.

Would anybody share your experience with me in regard with these massage studios, please?
Do the massager-girls only give massage or can we ask them to have a sex as well?

you can be absolutly sure: you can ask them for sex, and you get it.

I have not been to the above mentioned massage studios, but to similar ones in Vienna. Just don't expect the girls to look like the ones on the homepage. Usually the so called Japanese girls are from China as well. And be prepared to negotiate. The prices they ask for at the beginning are way too high.
